(4 of 14) When you feel tension or anger or frustration or any other negative emotion building in you, pause and ask yourself what is causing it. You always will be able to identify the situation or situations to which you are giving power. It will require a willingness and commitment on your part to make the effort to do so, but if you do make the effort, the answer will be there.
