(5 of 9) The divine order in the universe is what keeps the physical world, and the physical body, functioning so miraculously. You can begin to understand, on a superficial level, the order in the universe, for you can see evidence of it all around you in nature, in the human body, and in the solar system. When you see the sunrise, or the waves in the ocean, or the birth of a baby, or the beauty of a spider web, you can understand—at a very basic level—that all is well and in order. The physical reminders of divine order are all around you every day. See them. Think about them. Rejoice in them and give thanks for them. And then understand the larger context of what you are experiencing.

“It is far easier to accept the negative condition or state of mind as just the way it is than it is to reject it and accept your good. When you have become successful at doing so on a regular basis, it will strike you as one of the great ironies that you were more comfortable with negativity than with goodness. But you will see that it is because the acceptance of negativity is much easier and requires far less effort on the part of your conscious mind than does the conscious decision to accept only your good.”
